    Here at Sproutvive we try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you have an unopened item, you can return within 15 days of it being delivered. For damaged items that arrive on delivery, please contact us for help. If you have purchased a live plant and it arrived dead upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival.
    We try to get you the best prices from our shipping partners. Our standard shipping method is Ground, but if you need an item faster, we have made it easy for you to choose another option.
