Here at Sproutvive, our goal is to provide products that are the most sustainable and eco-friendly options on the market. Our products use a variety of eco-friendly materials, which you can find in the description of an item.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
If you are interested in a personalized order, please contact us at support@sproutvive.center or start a live chat.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Here at Sproutvive we try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you have an unopened item, you can return within 15 days of it being delivered. For damaged items that arrive on delivery, please contact us for help.
If you have purchased a live plant and it arrived dead upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival.
How long does shipping take?
We try to get you the best prices from our shipping partners. Our standard shipping method is Ground, but if you need an item faster, we have made it easy for you to choose another option.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Sproutvive ships mainly in the US with some product exeptions.
